Payment must be received before any items are shipped, either through Paypal, or by sending a check or money order. We ship on the Tuesday following receipt of payment, via the United States Postal Service, by Priority Mail.

When ordering, please send us a list of a few substitutes, as there are times we are just out of leaves we can take off a plant, and that also gives us something to choose your gift leaves with. We like to send you gift leaves with each order.

You will receive one fresh cut leave of each African Violet or Chirita ordered. As for streptocarpus leaves, you will receive a 2-3" section. Most other gesneriads will be sold as cuttings.

Damage: If your package is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 5 days and a photo is required of the box and damaged plant. I will guarentee safe arrival of all boxes, and if supplied with a photo, I will replace the shipment, however, the buyer MUST pay for shipping.

Cold weather shipping: We ship year around, guarenteed to arrive safe. In cold weather conditions, we use insulation and 60 hour heat packs, and have been very successful in shipping this way.

While we can ship world wide, the quanity we can ship is limited, the shipping cost is more, and we can do it only during Spring, Summer and Fall months. Please email for more information.
